- Plan a negotiating strategy with you
- Suggest measures to strengthen your negotiating position
- Negotiate on you behalf
- Provide price counseling based on all available information
- Suggest protective clauses to include in your purchase agreement
- Suggest financing alternatives which may be in your best interest rather than a method which would be in the seller's best interest
- Provide lists of Home Inspectors, Title Companies, Mortgage Companies and other Professional Resources as needed.
- Provide guidance to prepare you for the closing process
